CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, it will unfortunately result in a 30% charge of your scheduled service. All no-shows will be charged 50%. I understand that last-minute conflicts or emergencies happen when we least expect them, but let us please be mindful and respectful of each other's time and money and let's communicate when these things come up.
